Our interactions with all stakeholders must be transparent and reflect the high standards we stick to.

In application of the rules relating to the transparency between industries and health professionals, Laboratoires DELBERT publish data concerning all the links of interest targeting the categories of persons listed by law, as well as information relating to agreements concluded with these same people.

ENVIRONMENT

By choosing manufacturing and logistics partners that are sensitive to environmental issues, Laboratoires DELBERT actively support initiatives in favour of social and environmental responsibility (CSR).

In France, Laboratoires DELBERT are a member of the association Cyclamed which collects unused medicines – expired or not – brought back by patients to pharmacies. Through its action, Cyclamed secures the chain of unused drugs disposal and contributes to the preservation of the environment and public health.

Laboratoires DELBERT has also chosen to join the Adelphe community for financing the selective collection of their packaging, for the development of actions to develop more responsible packaging and raising awareness among consumers-citizens to sort their packaging on a daily basis.

QUALITY

Our mission is to make available essential medication that meet the specific need of patients and health professionals, in order to improve the health and quality of life of the patients.

Our products are developed and manufactured to meet the highest quality standards. Laboratoires DELBERT’s staff provides healthcare professionals with relevant information on a daily basis that is consistent with the good use of our drugs, with the aim of providing optimum patient care.

Our hight level of requirements is based on two principles:

  • Legal and regulatory aspects: law on strengthening the safety of medicines and health products, Public Health Code, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practice, and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices.
  • Laboratoires DELBERT’s specific values and rules: these are working and interactions principles that are applied by all staff and partners of Laboratoires DELBERT in the interest of transparency and deontology.

Thus, our quality commitments are the following one:

  • Carefully respect ethics and transparency rules,
  • Regularly inform our partners while ensuring the quality of our communications.
  • Develop individual and collectives’ skills of our employees through an initial, continuous, and adapted training policy
  • Provide explicit procedures that comply with regulations in order to allow their application by employees
  • Continuously improve our procedures and processes by involving our employees in order to optimize the quality of our activities.
  • Evaluate processes of our service providers in order to ensure compliance with our quality requirements.
  • Identify non-conformity in order to quickly put in place corrective measures
  • Organize management reviews to allow monitoring of our quality commitments, define our orientations and adapt the means to be implemented to achieve them
